Rava ladoo is a traditional Indain sweet. This is a popular ladoo prepared almost in every South Indian household for all festivals. Rava ladoo is a simple and easy recipe but still exotic. This mouth watering sweet made with roasted rava (sooji), ghee, sugar and nuts.

Treat your guests with delicious and traditional Rava Ladoos made by you. I have shared my version of Rava ladoo here. And I hope, you and your family will love this ladoo recipe. Give it a try and share your feedback.

P.S. : I have used C&H® Granulated Pure Cane Sugar while preparing the Rava ladoo. This sugar itself is extra fine granulated. So I didn’t grind the sugar to get powdered sugar. If you are using the normal sugar, then you might have to grind it. I can’t give much info about other type of preparation. Because I haven’t tried it yet. So I am really sorry, if this recipe makes any confusion.

I would like to highlight Oats- Dates Energy Balls with Walnuts recipe with this rava ladoo recipe. In addition I request you to check out my other Indian desserts like Rava kesari bhath, Sabudana kheer and Hayagreeva maddi.
